The Shaws Shaker Single 600 is a beautifully proportioned handcrafted fireclay sink that combines clean, contemporary lines with the enduring quality Shaws has been renowned for since 1897. Individually handmade in Lancashire, England, each sink is shaped, glazed and stamped by a Master Craftsman, continuing more than 125 years of traditional craftsmanship.

Constructed from solid, dense fireclay and finished with Shaws' signature heavyweight dual-coat glaze, the Shaker Single 600 offers exceptional durability, stain resistance, acid resistance and a beautiful, long-lasting finish. Featuring tighter radius corners and a more refined apron-front profile than the classic Butler 600, it delivers a crisp, contemporary aesthetic while retaining the timeless character of handcrafted fireclay. It is equally at home in modern farmhouse, Hamptons and contemporary kitchens.

This sink is supplied complete with a 90mm polished chrome basket strainer, matching chrome overflow trim and overflow kit, ready for installation.

This sink is in new, unused condition and has been classified as imperfect stock due to a small pinhole in the glaze on the front right-hand side. The imperfection is purely cosmetic and does not affect the sink's durability or performance.

As a result, this genuine handcrafted Shaws sink is available at a significant saving compared to its original retail price.

This clearance item is sold without a manufacturer's warranty, with the reduced price reflecting both the cosmetic blemish and warranty exclusion.

Handcrafted Variance

As with all Shaws sinks, dimensions may vary by up to ±2% due to traditional handmaking techniques. Each piece is unique, with subtle variations in glaze and form that reflect more than a century of artisanal craftsmanship.

Installation Advice

• Use flexible sealant where the sink meets benchtops to allow for expansion
• Clean surfaces with mineral turpentine before installing the basket strainer
• Apply silicone sealant around the waste flange for a watertight seal
• Do not cut cabinetry or benchtops until the sink is on-site and measured
• Due to weight, ensure appropriate support and installation by an experienced kitchen fitter
