Refund policy

At Luxe Clearance, we specialise in end of line "discontinued" items along with special ex-Display or customer returned items deemed to be acceptable for use at the customer's discretion. Selected Ex-Display and customer returned items may NOT offer a consumer guarantee as they may already contain minor imperfections. Please read about each item carefully to understand the products status and return availability. 

Clearance Sale – No Returns for “Change of Mind” 

All items sold through Luxe Clearance are either:

  • Ex-display or sample stock
  • Discontinued or end-of-line items
  • Priced at a significant discount

Please note:

  • No returns or refunds are offered on selected clearance items as they already contain minor imperfections or irregularities.  
  • All “end of line” discontinued stock (still new in box) items will come with the brand’s warranty, as specified on the product listing. If replacement items are no longer available, a refund will be issued. 
  • We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and condition details before purchase of all items as we will NOT offer a refund or return for “change of mind”.  
  • Feel free to contact us with any questions about a product before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive goods that are damaged in transit or incorrect, please:

  • Do not sign for the delivery if the packaging is compromised.
  • If you notice damage after signing, contact us immediately at 07 3265 7133.
  • We will work with you to assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or resolution.
