Shipping policy

At Luxe Clearance, we take great care in ensuring your luxury products arrive safely and in their original condition. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

Preferred Carriers

All orders are shipped via Air Road as our preferred carrier. We use flat-rate shipping for your convenience - but for a guide, some of our standard product delivery rates are:

Standard Carton – $40 incl. GST (e.g., standard-size V+A basins)

Large Carton – $150 incl. GST (e.g., oversized V+A basins like Mandello, Lario, Rossendale models)

Small Pallet – $350 incl. GST (e.g., baths up to 1700mm, small vanities and washstands)

Large Pallet – $450 incl. GST (e.g., baths up to 1900mm, large vanities and washstands)

Please note that book-in options are available for all deliveries.

For any specialty items or products with dimensions outside of our standard rates, Luxe Clearance will provide a custom delivery quote to your location. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about your order’s delivery needs.

 

Delivery Terms & Curbside Drop-Off

Our team will be in touch with delivery details and timeframes after your order has been placed. All deliveries are curbside only. This means the delivery will be made to the nearest safe point at the property’s curb, driveway or garage. 

The customer (or a person of authority) must be onsite to sign for the goods in good condition.

Please ensure you have sufficient manpower to move the goods from the curbside to your property, as delivery drivers are not responsible for moving items beyond the curb for workplace health and safety reasons.

Weights and dimensions for your goods are noted in the product details to assist with planning your team’s resources.


Inspect Packaging Before Signing

Upon delivery:

Inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage or compromised packaging, do not accept the goods and inform the delivery driver.

If packaging damage is present, do not sign for the delivery and please call us immediately at 07 3265 7133.

Once you have signed for the goods, you confirm that the packaging is in perfect condition and the product inside should be in its original condition as well.

Luxe Clearance cannot be held responsible for goods signed for as "received in good condition" if packaging damage was later discovered.
