The Shaws Shaker Double 800 combines generous double-bowl functionality with the clean, architectural styling of the Shaker collection. Featuring the same refined profile and tighter radius corners as the Shaker Single 600, it offers a more contemporary interpretation of the traditional farmhouse sink while retaining the handcrafted quality Shaws has been renowned for since 1897.
Individually handmade in Lancashire, England, each sink is shaped, glazed and stamped by a Master Craftsman. Constructed from solid, dense fireclay and finished with Shaws' signature heavyweight dual-coat glaze, the Shaker Double 800 delivers exceptional durability, stain resistance, acid resistance and long-lasting beauty. The practical double-bowl configuration with a dropped central dividing wall makes it ideal for busy family kitchens, allowing washing and food preparation to be carried out simultaneously.
Supplied complete with two 90mm polished chrome basket strainers, this model is ready for installation.

Condition:
This sink is in as-new condition and was returned by a retailer after being ordered incorrectly. It has never been installed and shows no visible signs of damage, however the original packaging has been opened.
Covered by Shaws' 8-year commercial replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers replacement of the product only and does not include installation or labour costs.
Handcrafted Variance
As with all Shaws sinks, dimensions may vary by up to ±2% due to traditional handmaking techniques. Each piece is unique, with subtle variations in glaze and form that reflect more than a century of artisanal craftsmanship.
Installation Advice
- Use flexible sealant where the sink meets benchtops to allow for expansion
- Clean surfaces with mineral turpentine before installing the basket strainer
- Apply silicone sealant around the waste flange for a watertight seal
- Do not cut cabinetry or benchtops until the sink is on-site and measured
- Due to weight, ensure appropriate support and installation by an experienced kitchen fitter
